Two ways to be paid
If you have sold on the phone before, commission-only pays the most and caps nothing. If you are starting out, the salaried track guarantees a minimum for the hours you work while you learn, with commission on top of it. What we cannot offer is a desk with no selling in it: if that is what you are after, an employed contact-centre role is the honest answer, and we would rather say so here than have you quit in week three.

What is RingoMarket?
A marketplace connecting self-employed phone sellers with brands running sales campaigns. Brands post a campaign and set a commission per sale; sellers choose which campaigns to work and are paid for each sale a customer confirms.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining, the browser dialer, the leads and all seven training lessons are free. RingoMarket earns from the brand side, a campaign setup fee and a margin on the commission paid for verified sales; nothing is ever charged to sellers.
How much can I earn?
We do not publish a figure for what you will earn. On the salaried track you are paid a monthly salary agreed up front, a guaranteed amount with commission on top. On commission-only you are paid a fixed commission for every sale a customer confirms and nothing for the time in between, so what you make depends on your hours, your campaign and your conversion. Every campaign shows its commission before you join.
Is commission-only work legal?
Yes, where the relationship is genuinely self-employed. National Minimum Wage rules apply to workers and employees, not to self-employed contractors selling on their own account; which is why you choose your own hours, campaigns and methods.
Do I need experience?
Not to be accepted, but it decides which of the two pay models you are offered. Commission-only goes to sellers who have carried a target and can already close. If you are newer than that, or promising enough that we want to back you, the salaried track pays a monthly salary agreed up front while you learn, with commission on top. The free School section covers openers, objections and closing in the order you will need them.
Which countries can I sell in?
The UK, Finland, Sweden and Estonia. You sell into the market you are registered as self-employed in, and each has its own campaigns and currency.
