Why you sound like a robot on call four
By the fourth repetition your opening has stopped being speech and become recitation. Customers hear that instantly.
The technique
Two fixes, both physical. Slow down by about fifteen percent, almost everyone speeds up under rejection, and speed reads as desperation. And stand up, or at least sit forward; posture changes breath, breath changes pitch, and pitch is most of what the customer is judging. Vary one word in your opening every call so your mouth cannot autopilot.
Three seconds between hanging up and dialling: exhale fully, drop your shoulders, then dial. Sellers who take the pause average measurably longer calls than those who chain-dial.
This is the cheapest improvement in the whole course and the one most people skip because it feels like doing nothing.

What goes wrong here
Record three calls and listen to the first ten seconds only
