Free telesales training. Seven lessons, in order.

Free, in order, and open to anyone, the platform itself matches on experience.

School is a free telephone sales training course in seven lessons, written by people who sell on this platform rather than by trainers who stopped taking calls a decade ago. It covers the whole arc of a call, why you rang, how you earn the next thirty seconds, the two questions worth asking, the offer, and the close, and then what to do when the customer says one of the six things they always say. Every lesson ends with a live campaign you can practise on the same day, because reading about openings does nothing at all until you have said one out loud to a stranger.

Who it is for

The course is open to anyone and assumes nothing, but it is written for the sellers on this platform: people who have carried a target before and want the specific beats of a commission call sharper. If you have sold before, the lessons on objection handling and scripts are where experienced sellers usually find something they were not doing: most arrive with an opener that works and a close that does not. Reading it will not get you accepted; brands match on what you have already sold. It will, though, make the calls better once you are.

How to use it

Read a lesson, then make calls the same evening. Do not read all seven first: the material is written to be used one piece at a time, and the drill at the end of each lesson is the part that changes what happens on a call. If you only have time for two, take opening lines and objection handling; those are the two beats where most calls are lost, and they are also the two that improve fastest with deliberate practice.

Why it is written this way

Most phone-sales training is built around a script you are told to memorise, which fails the moment a customer says something the script did not anticipate. These lessons are built around the decisions inside a call instead: what the other person is deciding in the first eight seconds, what a question is actually for, when to stop talking, and which objections are real versus reflexive. A seller who understands the beat can improvise; a seller who has memorised a page cannot. That is also why every lesson ends in a drill rather than a quiz, the thing being trained is a behaviour under mild stress, and you cannot rehearse that by reading.

What it will not do

It will not get you accepted onto a campaign, because that decision belongs to the brand and rests on what you have already sold. It will not make a bad campaign pay, and it will not tell you what you can expect to earn: no honest course can, and any that does is selling you something. What it will do is remove the specific, repeatable mistakes that cost sellers their first fortnight: the opener that announces a sales call, the question that invites a no, and the pause that never comes.

Questions

About the training

Is the telesales training really free?

Yes, all seven lessons, before and after you join, with nothing to buy at any point. There is no paid tier and no certificate to purchase. If a phone-sales course asks you for money up front, it is not this one.

Do I need sales experience to read this?

No; the course is open to anyone and starts at what a call is made of. It is also where the salaried track begins: if you are new to phone sales you learn the job on a guaranteed minimum rather than on commission-only, and these lessons are the material you learn it from.

How long does it take?

Between five and ten minutes a lesson, and about an hour for all seven. The drills at the end take longer than the reading, which is the point; the reading is not what improves your calls.

Do I get a certificate?

No. There is no test, no certificate and no deadline, because none of those things make a customer say yes. What the course is for is the call you make tonight.

Can I practise without calling a real customer?

Yes. Practice mode runs the same teleprompter and outcome flow as a live call without dialling anyone, so you can hear your own opening before a stranger does.
