Am I employed by RingoMarket?

No. You sell on your own account as a self-employed contractor, which is what makes commission-only lawful. There is no holiday pay and no notice period in either direction, and your tax is your own responsibility. We publish what that means in full before you register.

When does the money actually arrive?

A sale becomes payable once the customer has confirmed it by SMS and the 14-day cooling-off period has passed. Payouts run weekly after that. Sales the customer cancels inside the cooling-off period are not paid.

How many hours do I have to commit?

None. Nobody assigns you a shift and nobody pays you for one. Most sellers fit it around other income because that is the pattern the arrangement suits, not because any amount is required.
