Get paid per sale you close, from wherever you are
Free to apply. Brands match sellers to campaigns on experience, most pay a fixed commission on every sale the customer confirms.
RingoMarket is a marketplace, not an employer. Brands publish campaigns with a commission per verified sale; you choose one, call from the browser dialer, and the sale counts once the customer confirms it by SMS and the cooling-off period ends.
What applying involves
There is no test to sit and no fee at any stage, now or later. You apply with the phone-sales experience you already have, and a brand running a live campaign decides whether it fits what they are selling. If it does, the terms are printed in front of you before you accept: what the product is, what the commission per verified sale is, which hours the calling window covers, and what the script and the compliance guardrails require of you. You take the campaigns you want and leave the rest.
You stay self-employed
Nobody here sets your hours or holds you to a rota. You choose which campaigns to call and when to call them, there is no notice period to serve, and a seller who stops for a month comes back to the same account and the same verification. The other side of that is the admin and the risk: you invoice as self-employed rather than drawing a wage, you are responsible for your own tax position, and a week with no confirmed sales is a week with no commission. The invoice itself is generated for you.
Why there is no earnings figure on this page
What a seller makes depends on the hours they put in, the campaign they are on and how often they close, so any average printed here would be read as a promise about your own month rather than a description of someone else. There is no such figure on this page, and none anywhere else on this site. What is published instead is the standard a figure would have to clear first: the median rather than the mean, the share of sellers who earned nothing beside it, and the sample and dates it was drawn from. It is written down in advance so it cannot be bent later to fit a convenient result.

What campaigns pay per verified sale
Commission is set by the brand and printed on the campaign before you start. Higher rates mean harder sales.
| Category | Good first campaign? |
|---|---|
| Charity donor acquisition | Yes, simple ask, short calls |
| Mobile & subscriptions | Yes, familiar products |
| Broadband switching | Yes, clear saving to point at |
| Energy switching | After a few weeks, objection-heavy |
| Insurance | After a few weeks, regulated wording |
| Home security | No, appointment-led, longer cycle |
Fit it around the life you already have
How a sale becomes money
On commission-only you are paid per verified sale and nothing for the time in between. If you need something predictable while you learn, the salaried track pays a minimum for the hours you work. If you need a predictable amount arriving on a predictable day, an employed contact-centre role is the honest answer; we would rather say that here than have you find out in your second month.
Asked before signing up
What do I need?
A laptop or phone with a headset, a quiet corner and a UK bank account. The dialer runs in the browser: nothing to install, £0 of equipment.
When and how am I paid?
Commission pays out once a sale clears the 14-day cooling-off period. You invoice as self-employed; we generate the invoice for you.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. No rota, no notice period, no minimum hours. Sellers who pause keep their account and their verification.
