You pay for verified sales.

No retainer, no minimum spend, no per-seat cost. Pay per verified sale on the marketplace, or take the managed tier for one fee that covers twelve months.

The model

What you are billed for

CommissionYou set it per campaign. A higher commission attracts sellers faster; it is the only lever that reliably moves volume.
Platform marginAdded on top of the commission you set. Charged only on sales that survive the cooling-off period.
Verified onlyA sale counts once the customer has confirmed it by SMS. Unconfirmed sales are never billed.
CancellationsRemoved before invoicing. If a customer withdraws inside the 14 days, you are not charged for that sale.
Everything elseNo retainer, no minimum spend, no per-seat cost and no charge for seller time that does not sell.

Security

What protects your brand on every call

Encryption in transitCalls are carried over encrypted transport and the dialer is served over TLS. Nothing about a call or a customer crosses the network in the clear.
Data stays in EuropeCustomer and seller data is processed on European infrastructure, under a Swedish controller, and is never sold on to third parties.
GDPRRingoMarket Nordic AB is the data controller, with a named data protection contact, a lawful basis recorded for every campaign list, and subject-access and erasure requests answered inside the statutory month.
Do-not-call screeningNumbers are screened against the national do-not-call register in each market before they reach a dialer, so a seller cannot call a number that has opted out.
Written confirmationEvery sale is confirmed by the customer over SMS on the call, and the confirmation is retained as the record of consent. No confirmation, no sale.
Call recordingCalls are recorded for compliance review with the disclosure the market requires, and recordings are retained only as long as the campaign and the law need them.
Carrier infrastructureTelephony runs on tier-1 carrier infrastructure whose providers hold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification. Those certificates are the suppliers’ own; RingoMarket does not claim them as its own.
Billing questions

Asked before the first invoice

Is there a retainer or a minimum spend?

No retainer, no minimum and no per-seat cost on either tier. On the marketplace a month with no sales is a month with no invoice; the managed tier is one fee covering twelve months.

Can we stop a campaign whenever we want?

Yes, any day, with no notice period. Sales already confirmed and past cooling-off are still billed.

What happens if the customer cancels?

A withdrawal inside the 14-day cooling-off period removes the sale before invoicing. You are not charged for it.

When are we invoiced?

Monthly, itemised per sale, for confirmed sales whose cooling-off period ended that month.

Post your first campaignSet the commission you are willing to pay per verified sale. You are billed for nothing else.
